Oh well ~ after 14 days, lesson 2 is here ^_^
So what the topic today? Well ~ LOOK at the title......
Reverence <<<< What this word?
Reverence is a feeling or attitude of deep respect tinged with awe
or a gesture indicative of deep respect.
So in simple term,
Reverence For God mean to
honor &
respect &
"fear" him. So should we be afraid &
"fear" of him?
We are told that
fear begins to make us wise.
How can fear make us wise?
Have you ever found that when you got scared you got smarter?
For example, others ask you to kill someone, you don't dare for you know it a sin and also you scared of the death penalty that why you got smarter by avoiding it and do what is right.
Same concept-when you "fear" God, you do what is right and became wiser.
Always remember, a person's behaviour reflect how he/she respects to the Lord.
Remember if God want to correct you from wrong to right let it be, for whatever you do, he care and he always there for you. Change now than later. We must also have a accepting heart when being reprmineded by God.
