Mark 24/12/11 on your calendars! We are going to have an exxxxxciting outreach programme, and we'll need all the help we can! Watch our announcement video to find out more about what's happening:
Basically, here's the major areas that you (and everyone else) can help with:
- Skit (Drama)
- Music
- Video (which is integrated throughout the programme, and also publicity videos)
- Publicity Materials (brochures, posters, social media etc.)
- Pre-event Publicity (inviting youths to the event)
- Follow-up (building a friendship with the attendees to eventually spread the Gospel to them)
- Overall Logistics (incl. AV, lighting and backstage crew)
- Props & Costumes
- Deco & Door Gifts
- Christmas Party (mainly to source out food)
If you're interested in any of these areas / have questions, please check out the noticeboard in the room where we have service (
Capernaum Room), or contact Yulian Laoshi / Rachael ASAP. If you want to help but don't know which area to choose, just let us know too. Don't worry about whether you have experience in those areas, it's the heart that counts! If you're worried about not having enough time to commit, rest assured we will adjust to your schedule and work things out. As long as you have the heart to serve, God sees it no matter how big or small it is.
