What is Faith?

Yesterday's 特备节目 was a prayer session, so we don't have a sermon post today. Instead, let me do a short sharing & video with y'all during this time when most people are having a difficult time in school and exams.

In the past few weeks, we've been talking about faith. No, not YLLS' daughter, but stuff like: "We need to have faith that God will take us through tough times", or "let's take a leap of faith and walk on the water", or "we live by faith and not by sight". So yeah, we all know faith is important. But what exactly is this "faith" that we're talking about? I hope the following short video explains it for you, and helps you to understand better what faith in God is:

Hebrews 11:1 Now faith is being sure of what we hope for and certain of what we do not see.

So what is faith to you? It is more than that "magical feeling to get you through tough times". Will you take the leap of faith and give God the control over your struggles today?
